  This plan is for the roadrunner, the part timer, or the entrepreneur that needs to get out of the home office once a week to meet a client or have a change of scenery while keeping cost low. The Starter Plan provides you with 32 hours of office time per month with high speed internet, 50 pages of printing, fax, street parking (it’s readily available), free access to networking and informative events, and a whole bunch of other goodies that will help your business succeed. • $280 Hot Desk: Regular 96 Hours
  The Hot Desk Regular package is for people that want to make Longbranch Coworking their base of operations but still spend half their time outside the office with clients, biking the trails, or enjoying a fine espresso on Bloor Street. The Regular package gives you 96 hours of office time, 3 hours of boardroom space, 50 pages of printing, fax, street parking (plenty locally), free access to networking and informative events, and other worthwhile goodies that our space and coworking provides.   Some times you just want to stash papers away, keep a folder in one location, or mount up your own 30in. monitor to destroy all of the zombies in Left 4 Dead. No matter reasoning a permanent desk and a locked shelves definitely have their benefits. You still even have the option of using a Hot Desk when you need to mingle and use some of the social capital in the room.
• By bumping up from the Hot Desk to the Entrepreneur Plan you also get a total of 6 guest passes for clients or friends, free parking in our lot, and extra boardroom time.   If you need a large desk and your own personal space then the Pro Plan was designed for you. The extra room allows you to move in your entire office and run your business with any array of tools (printer, fax, telephone, computer tower, troll doll collection, etc.) that fits in your personal space.  You will also receive 8 guest passes for frequent client meetings or collegues to show off your new office home to.
• The Pro Plan gives you access to the parking lot, the top floor at the Longbranch facility ,and the coworking space below. This separation is designed for individuals that want additional structure and space in their daily business routine.  The boardroom and kitchen are on the same floor so all of your essential office needs are nearby.
