The Space
3299 Lakeshore Blvd. used to be home to a bowling alley, and the dark hardwood lanes and pin markers now guide coworkers through their desks. The space is 14,000 sq. ft. of modern design offices with modular furniture to meet any need. Longbranch Coworking has two floors and it's own parking lot for members with all of the amenities of a large office complex. We are also conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the Pearson airport with TTC and GO all around.The space was designed to accommodate a lot of smart people and meet any need of traditional office environments and more. This means we created a beautiful and striking space that you would be proud to enter on daily basis and bring by friends and clients. We also wanted all coworkers to be comfortable, productive, and happy so we have a lounge area, a brainstorming section with seating and white boards, a kitchen, and two boardrooms. There is also a Tim Hortons across the street, but we can't take credit for it being there.

The 60+ space Hot Desk and Silver package area is located on the bottom floor with open concept cubicles, rows of open desks, a receptionist area, and brainstorming lounge. The space can be rearranged to meet the needs of a specific purpose with modular desks that caneasily be moved. This layout is designed to allow people that want to work quietly and focus to be in a more private setting versus the front region with a more open concept. There is also lockage storage available for Silver members that want to leave items here while they are away.
The top floor is designed for individuals that want to really spread out and make their presence known with their own printer, computer towers, trinkets, and troll dolls (we don't judge). If you buy the Gold Package then you will plant your flag at these large cubiles and have a more private setting. The top floor also has the boardroom and the kitchenette. Plus, when you walk to the top floor you get to tread on the beautiful slate and glass enclosed staircase.
